How to Start ABA Therapy
Four steps, from your first message to your child's first session. Here's what happens at each one, and who you'll hear from.
1. Answer a few questions
Tell us your child's age and what you're seeing. The form takes about five minutes, a real person reads every response, and you can call us at (214) 807-0481 instead if you'd rather talk.
2. We call you
We respond within 1 business dayA care coordinator calls to hear more about your child and answer your questions. Nothing is scheduled until you've had that conversation.
3. We check your insurance
We contact your plan to verify your child's ABA benefits, then explain what it covers and what you may pay, before anything starts. Most insurance accepted, including BCBS & Medicaid. Don't see your plan? Ask us. We'll check it.
4. Visit and start at our center
Meet your BCBA for an assessment, see our dedicated therapy rooms and intentional, functional shared spaces, review the plan together, and set your child's start date.
What to have ready
Your insurance card and policyholder information, any diagnosis paperwork you have, and any recent medical or therapy reports. If you don't have a diagnosis yet, that's fine — tell us and we'll talk through the options.
